1. Introduction

Welcome to Indian Night. By accessing our website and using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions of use. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website.

2. Table Reservations

• We recommend booking in advance, especially during peak hours and weekends.

• Your table will be held for a maximum of 15 minutes after the reservation time. Please call us if you are running late.

• Large groups (8+ guests) may be subject to a deposit requirement to secure the booking.

3. Delivery & Takeaway

• Delivery is available within an 8-mile radius of our Chelmsford restaurant.

• Minimum order value of £15.00 applies for all delivery orders.

• Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to distance, traffic, and kitchen demand, especially on weekends (upto 80 mins).

• Please check your order upon receipt. Any discrepancies must be reported immediately.

4. Pricing & Payment

All prices include VAT at the current rate. We reserve the right to change prices without prior notice. Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering (for online orders) or at the venue. We accept all major credit/debit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.

5. Conduct & Safety

We maintain a zero-tolerance policy towards abusive or aggressive behaviour towards our staff or other guests. We reserve the right to refuse service or ask individuals to leave the premises.

6. Intellectual Property

This website contains material which is owned by or licensed to us. This material includes, but is not limited to, the design, layout, look, appearance, and graphics. Reproduction is prohibited other than in accordance with the copyright notice.
