Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled and fully refunded if we receive the cancellation request before the food has started being prepared. For takeaway and delivery orders, this usually happens within 5-10 minutes of order placement. To cancel, please call us directly at 01245 261167.

Refund Eligibility

You may be eligible for a refund or credit if:

  • The delivered food is significantly different from what you ordered.
  • Items are missing from your order and we cannot provide a replacement in a reasonable time.
  • The food quality does not meet our high standards due to a mistake on our part.
  • Your order was never delivered (excluding cases where the delivery address was incorrect or inaccessible).

Processing Refunds

Refunds will be processed back to the original method of payment. Please note that it can take 3-5 business days for the credit to appear in your account, depending on your bank.
